Our founder, Rose Munroe, discovered the formula for empowering children through a uniquely wholistic approach, one that encompasses meditation, creativity, self-expression, group projects, and mentorship. Rose developed this unique, extremely effective process only after struggling with the health challenges faced by her own children. Rose couldn't find constructive solutions in our limited, overly stratified healthcare system.

The Hansaa brand is based on a solid foundation: our unshakeable belief that every child has the innate capacity to overcome anxiety and stress. Our mission is to equip them with the tools and resources they need to conquer their challenges, uncover their potential, and live happy and joyful lives.
Our Unique Method
Hansaa strengthens and builds children up through empathy, love, compassion, expression, belonging, and creativity. Children come alive through these experiences, whether participating in a drum circle, a guided meditation, or a body art exercise. The results are immediate and profound, positively effecting their grades, ability to participate in sports, social lives, and more.
